How are you doing with beading? Making a lot of beautifull things before your Captain is home again?

Yes, I am keeping myself occupied with some lovely projects in my extra spare time! I might start something detailed that will take a long time, so as to pass the time more quickly. He's back for a break in November though.

I was about to say I'll be nearer to you in a week or so when I go to france for a holiday, but I shall be down in the south west so probably just as far, if not further! Are you a French- or Flemish-speaker?

In fact I'm a Flemisch speaker. I live near to Antwerp. But I do speak French and German too.

A month ago, I was on holiday too in France in the west at the cost. Very beautiful land and the kitchen...........mmmmmmm delicious.

My son prefers NY, he's just back since a week, and he bought for his mom some beading books there. I asked him if he could find me the Beadwork magazine of June/july where on the cover there is the lovely peyote sunburst necklace, but he couldn't find it. I wanted to make this necklace you see. I bought me the last one instead but I'm still looking for the pattern of this necklace.

If you have some problems with french of flemisch, just ask me. I love to help you.

Just saw your message on the forum. I have just joined the community and I am a german living on the southcoast in england. So I might be the closest to you. I also love BIG projects. They are just so satisfying when they are finished.......

 Would be nice to hear from you. I  remember getting completely lost on the Antwerp Ringroad when I was on tour to Germany, arghhh.
