    First Stitched Cab

It took me a week to final get it right. I ripped the whole thing out three times. I hadproblems with the cab slipping out the back even after I had cinched it... Then I cam across a pattern that did a wheel pattern in the back...I improvised

The sides are RAW  in 11's delicas.

Wonderful!  That's on my list of things to learn, but so far I've chickened out.

     Thanks ladies for the compliments.

Kippercat- I was seriously chicken too, but I made the leap, you can too.

One pointer I got from one of the magazine articles I was using was to take a piece of tape around the cab to get the right length. I wished I had known that the first time I ripped it out.

Good for you for sticking with it! I've only done two beaded cabs myself, but for your first time you did really well! I would never guess it was your first cab.

Personally I find it easier to surround the cab in beads - both the front and the back, instead of using fabric or felt for the back.

    Great job!
