Thanks for posting the link to Holle's website, Alex - you're right, her beadwork is serious eye candy.
The items she posts to bead-patterns.com are her original designs and instructions. Many of the pieces on her website, however, are beautiful adaptations of ideas she credits to other designers [we can't all think of everything!], hence she doesn't post instructions for how to make these particular pieces.
I love her color and texture combinations and precise craftsmanship! But I also get a kick out of the simpler pieces, like her delightful cell phone charms:
