I wish to do a short course in order to learn on setting up a web page for my husbands business as well as for my jewelery.

As i discovered there are many course out there with various prices.

Can someone shed some light as to which package i should buy and learn, eg, dreamweaver, adobe design, etc

I need something basic.

 I am not sure a short course would do the job. My local CC college offered a course in Frontpage, and took it. Ran several weeks, but was well worth the time. I understand Dreamweaver is good also. There could be some self help books that are worth looking at, but doing the fronpage thing I was sure glad to have the correct help. The ones offered by Yahoo and some of the others are very limited, but there could be one out there that would meet your needs.  If at all possible try taking a formal course.

I am not a techie person but my husband is (he built my website) and he swears by Dreamweaver. I've heard others mention Dreamwever also. Good luck to you!
