Hi, I used to really enjoy buying the Bead Dreams Book which showed that year's finalists.... and all of a sudden, it was gone.  Why was it stopped?  When do we get to see this year's pictures?

I think it's a shame that people, like me, who live thousands of miles away and cannot come to the Bead Shows, can't get to enjoy the beautiful work made by our mentors. 

Please, pretty please, bring back Bead Dreams - it always had such beautiful work to drool over and learn from and use as inspiration!

This year there will be a special pull out in the October issue featuring all the finalists from the 2007 Bead Dreams competition. You can also view the images on our website beginning on August 24th. Under the COMMUNITY tab click on Magazine Gallery.

 Watch for Bead Dreams with the October issue of Bead&Button. We're just finishing up this special section now, and it is beautiful! It will be on the newsstands September 4.

 This year's winning pieces surely are stunning. I saw pictures from the seed bead wearables shown... awesome. But very flower power :)

Thank you all so much for answering me - this is encouraging news indeed.  I have no idea why I couldn't find anything from this year's show so far :-(

I still reckon there should be a Special Issue called Bead Dreams like the old days - They are so inspiring and I love looking at them when I'm stuck for new creations :-)

 I'm sure that it will be a fantastic issue. Am I to understand that this issue is the regular issue that one gets with the normal subscription, and not a separate issue?
