    Rose Gold and Dichroic Glass Ring

     Hello, everyone!!

     

    I bought a little ring tutorial a few weeks ago, and started taking off with different designs for wire-wrapped rings. This one I'm particularly proud of .. I used a clear dichroic glass bead with rose gold filled wire to make this ring. As anyone who's worked with dichroic glass probably knows, it's devilishly difficult to get all of the plays of light and color into a photograph, I took this one with a lot of natural light around though, and I think it came out ok!

    Photographing beadwork is frustrating, isn't it?  Sometimes I can take 30 shots of one thing and not get a single picture worth using.  The sparkle of the dichroic certainly came through for you though!  I love the rose gold and opal-like glass together - a very pretty ring!
