Bead&Button photo studio

I have been standing in on the last few photo sessions in which Bead&Button's in-house photographers and the art director take pictures of the jewelry for our step-by-step articles. I am amazed at how much time it takes, from concept to finished product, to get the shots looking the way we want them. Getting the lighting and backgrounds just right and wrangling uncooperative jewelry takes enormous amounts of time and patience, not to mention all the time it takes to visualize how a concept will work in the finished layout.

This experience has given me a greater appreciation of Bead&Button's Art Director, Lisa Bergman, and our photographers, Bill Zuback and Jim Forbes. We all work together to bring you appealing photos and to present the jewelry in a way that shows off the detail necessary to help when you're attempting a project.
