October Bead&Button issue shaping up

At Bead&Button magazine, we're hunched over our desks as the articles for the October issue make the final editing rounds. We've read most of the page layouts thoroughly, as we more than triple-check the text, illustrations, photos as well as all the little details. I think you'll like it. We have several outstanding and challenging projects that together shout VARIETY! Our Claymaker and Wire Expressions projects are particularly strong, and we've repositioned them at the end of the "feature well" (the large section of articles and projects) for readers who use the magazine from back to front. Plus, we have profiles of two internationally known artists. We also packaged a gallery of photos from the Bead Dreams competition in a separate section. It's really beautiful. Keep an eye out for this issue on Sept. 4. I guess I'm writing about it a little early, but it's hard not to. We're knee deep in in the issue and I'm feeling that it's truly one of the best in months!
