I just wanted to post here and thank all of the staff at B&B for their hard work. They put on one of, if not THE best bead gatherings in the world every year, while exposing all of us to new works, products, and inspiration.
I was privileged and honored to be a finalist in the Bead Dreams competition. Although other works were chosen for ribbons, I'm still ecstatic! I am so grateful that you chose to include pieces that incorporated wire work! Sometimes, those of us who work in wire feel at the fringes of jewelry and beads, so it was great that the show could be so inclusive.
