    do you guys take requests??

i get lots of requests at christmas time for earrings with glass charms and this past christmas i had extreme difficulty finding those charms intact. [:(!] i suppose thats what i get for buying them commercially.

can anyone make them for me at a reasonable price so i dont have to worry about finding them in stores? i can get them really cheaply as soon as they're put out (about $7 for a set of 5 beads), but honestly, i'd rather pay more and support another artist than pay michael's for something on which they cant guarantee to have in stock since its a seasonal item.

specifically, i like the little peppermints, wreaths and the little present charms... i can get pix of the peppermints for you. its just the shape with a loop at the top for a jump ring or for stringing.

also, if someone can make gay pride charms or beads, i'd like that too. my little sister is *** and is starting to become active in LGBT organizations at her high school, most specifically LGBT rights organizations, and has asked that i design some sort of pin or bracelet that they can sell for fund raisers. if anyone wants to do a donation for that, i'll talk to my sister and see if she can get the necessary information to make it tax deductible. i'd do anything to support my sister. she's my hero. :) *sniff* im working on a polymer clay rainbow ribbon idea, but i just started working with pc so it might be a while before i can get that off the ground.

if someone can make any of those, i'll be ready to order in late september/early october since im getting married on september 3 and my life will be upside down for most of that month. [:D]

    thanks in advance.

    Hi Wendy,
This isn't lampwork or anything, but a lot of people buy the jump rings from us in rainbow colors to make pride jewelry. If you'll give me your info, I'll donate some rings to the cause. It's pretty easy to string 15 rings or so together to make a bracelet.

it would be very easy to make the peppermints out of polymer clay. you might post a picture of what you're after in that section too.
