    South American Beads

    I am travelling to South America in November, 2006 and plan on purchasing some beads during my travels. I was wondering what in particular I should look for. I will buy what I like of course, but I'd like to start plotting (and dreaming) now. My particular stops are Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, and a couple of ports in Chile.

    Any ideas would be helpful. Has Bead & Button published any articles in the past about this particular topic? Which country is known for which beads?
