    Subscription Delivery

Am I the only one who salivates over the new issues of Art Jewelry, Bead & Button or Bead Style magazines in my local bead store or Barnes & Noble because my issue hasn't yet arrived to my home??? I guess I'd hoped that would be one of the perks of subscribing is that I would get the issue before non-subscribers could... [^]

I just got my issue of Art Jewelry today but there are no nearby stores that carry it so I just wait - I figure when it arrives I'll get my chance to salivate. Pretty good issue this time too!

Ther was a thread discussing this a while back - here it is:

I got mine a full FIVE days after my local bead store AND my back cover was partially torn off. Of course, the cover issue was a post office problem, I'm sure.

    Hi,

If you have a problem with your subscription, I would like to encourage you to contact our customer service department (800.533.6644; customerservice@kalmbach.com). If you have missing or destroyed issues, they can send you a replacement copy. All I can say about the issue of receiving your copy after you see it on sale is that many stores put their magazines on sale early.

    Thanks!

I think there are some stores that put the magazine out before the date that they are supposed to do it and you're seeing it on the stands before you are supposed to be seeing it.
