    Fair Entry Update

    Well, my polymer rose focal placed 3rd in the polymer clay bead category at the fair - not bad for first time out. I can hardly wait to see what got first and second so I can see where the bar is for next year.

    Congratulations Jilla! That's a VERY respectable place for your first time out. Your rose focal is so pretty and the roses look so real. Way to go!!!

    Congrats! Although I am just a bit biased....I think you're first place in my opinion[:D]..no seriously I truly believe this is a lovely piece...I am very impressed especially with the florals! ( usually when I see something I like I say "I can do that!"..well with this beauty it's "I could never do that!"[:D]...you are very skilled and must have the patience of a saint!

    WOW, you folks just keep tempting me to try PC, and now that I found the eight year old clay in the shoe box, I have something to practice with. I'm excited for sure :-)

    Jilla, your piece is beautiful. I just love roses... especially the long lasting kind in your pendant! Congrats on your win in the contest.

    Wirenut, that clay lay dormant for 8 long years and finally awoke. It called, "Wirenut...Wirenut...WIRENUT!!!" It wants you to dive in and experience the joy, the love, the head-banging.

    Beautiful piece. Wish our fair had a polymer clay section. The only jewelry is beading and last year the 1st and 2nd went to an intricate type seed bead necklace that I don't do. I did get 3rd so I shouldn't complain too much. Gonna enter a pc pendant this year and hope I get at least a 3rd.
