Hello,

I have been using a cheap Indian disc cutter until now but it's quickly become blunt, create 'rims' on my discs and just makes one big mess! I use this a lot and want to replace it with a high quality one that goes up to 25mm this time instead of 18mm.

So, I've seen this http://www.pepetools.com/products.php/productid/252/categoryid/82 by Pepe, I've even managed to find someone who sells it in the UK! It looks so completely different to my current one and 11 sizes seems like pure heaven! What I wanted to ask is does anyone have this cutter (or any cutter by Pepe), what do you think of it and does it seem to be lasting well? Also, what is Pepe's reputation like? I've been told their products are made in the Ukraine, are they high quality?

I'd really appreciate your comments before I dive in and buy!

Oh, also - if you don't have a Pepe disc cutter which one do you have? Would you reccomend it?

I have that disc cutter and I love it. The tool quality seems to be first rate; nothing that shouldn't be sharp is sharp, everything that should be round is round. I've been using it for about 2 years and never regretted the purchase. Be sure to use your tool on a wood surface, so the bottom of your cutters don't get mushed, nicked or blunt from hitting a hard surface.
