    RE: I'm Thrilled!!

Hey guys first time posting here because I'm not a bead maker I don't make jewelry in fact I'm not an artist at all. I am however Robins
boyfriend and since she is very modest and wont post here I'm gonna do it for her [:)]

She was extremely thrilled about this thread she gets allot of emails from people buying her beads and telling her how beautiful they are.
For some reason however she doesn't think she is that good and I keep telling her she is, I think she just likes the attention ;-) So I have to thank you guys for having this conversation. Is just a little bit more proof that she is on the right career path. She works very hard sometimes sitting at the torch 15 hours at a time (no not kidding) She is a single mom of a 16 and 11 year old and the oldest is a boy with Asperger syndrome ) a form of autism. I just cant express how much I am thankful to you all for this because she is getting the recognition she deserves and it really did make her day

On another note I think I convinced her to start shipping to the UK and Canada again and maybe some other countries as well. She stopped because it just takes allot out of her day. She didn't want to charge an arm and a leg for shipping so she would have to go to the post office to ship the international ones instead of having home pickup.

Walker, thanks so much for posting! I'm glad I found her on ebay and watch all of her auctions.

Lots of women tend to downplay their success, whether it be in a job or creative role. Keep up the good work at giving her the support she needs, and encourage her to register here. It's a great place to learn new things, show off creations, and get the encouragement and support everyone needs.

Meanwhile, I'll keep bidding on her auctions! Alice

Walker! What a blessing you are! Please continue your wonderful support of Robin. Even though I am a first timer with her beads, the pictures I've seen and the excellent feedback here tell me she is very talented.

It would be great to have her here. And she is now marked as one of my favorite sellers too!

Nice job to both of you!

They're here!! They're here!!! And just in time. I can't even imagine how to use them at this point. When I try to think of a design, all I end up doing is staring at them! Well, I can now agree, her beads are beautiful. Robin is a talented artist.
