RE: Survey: How many unfinished projects?

I have so many jewelry projects, paper projects, and fabric projects that are in progress that naturally I spend most of my time "cleaning up a bit" so I'll have room to finish all of the projects.

Do the ones still in my head count? If so I can't count that high. The worst one for me is a Peyote piece I finished almost 10 years ago that I've made and remade the strap half a dozen times, and have yet to wear.

Please don't make me count how many. This is ridiculous I've got to start finishing stuff. It's just not enough hours in the day to finish stuff. I bet I could do it if I would just stop buying more beads. Probably won't happen anytime soon.

Unfinished projects usually turn up where there's room, and since I didn't have any room starting out, it made me learn the diciplines of finishing a project before I go to the next one....

Smile, you'll get them done eventually!
Plus if you don't then by the time you go back to that project you'll be so much more advanced you won't be able to stand going back to it! =)

The things is I spend ages working out a design and getting through the starting stages then just as I get to the production part of as in pure beading not too much thinking I get inspired for another piece. So I tell myself I have the previous piece all worked out and I can come back to it anytime and just pick it up and go and I start the thinking process on the next piece...and so it goes on. My unfinnished projects are definitely into double figures. A word of warning though, just dont try to have one of those days where you tidy up and reorganize all your beads and projects. It will only lead to more inspiration and more ufos.
Gladly not sadly there is no cure known.
