RE: Buying finished jewelry
I definitely do - especially if I see something I wouldn't know how to do on my own. I really love having another artist's work, too - supporting fellow artists is nice, and having a collection of artists' work is fun.

RE: Buying finished jewelry
If I see something from an artist that really impresses me I will buy it. I also buy some fine jewelry like you see in a dept. store but I notice I am doing less and less of that now that I can do more with my own skills. I love drooling over other work and it inspires me so once in a while I must buy it too! I love all jewelry except costume. yuck. [:)]

RE: Buying finished jewelry
I buy finished jewelry. Eventhough I could probably make it, some people are underpriced, and I take advantage of that, or something strikes my fancy and I never would have thought of it myself. I just buy what i like. I have even bought something just to cut it up and use it in something else.

RE: Buying finished jewelry
I hardly buy finished jewelry anymore. Most of the time I make my own or buy other artists' work, either as completed pieces or as beads & pendants to incorporate into my own designs. I love being original and wearing something you won't see on 100 other people!
I've also traded with other jewelry designers...ya know...I'll give you this one if you'll give me that one! LOL! [:)]
