The article says 1.5 troy ounces, but I have no idea how many jump rings that would be. Thanks for the great project, can't wait to get started! [:D]

A 7.5 in. bracelet takes about 165 jump rings. There are approximately 110 16-gauge jump rings with a 6.5mm diameter in a troy ounce.

You can use jump rings with a smaller diameter, but you will need more.

If you are having trouble with the directions, look at the placement of the paper clip in each photo. You need to turn your work on a couple of the steps so the jump rings are in the correct position.

Stick with it, once you make a couple repetitions of the pattern it will be easy to follow.

Feel free to email me if you're having trouble with the bracelet, I've made about 4 of them now. There's one step in the directions where it could have been clearer, but once you get that, you're good to go.

I am having difficulty with Steps 7 & 8 of the Tryzantine bracelet instructions. Are you supposed to 'hold' a closed jumpring between those two end rings and somehow work 3 more jumprings through all of them ? I finally managed to do that but it resulted in the work being almost rigid ! I am using 6.5mm 16 ga shiny aluminum rings. I know I am doing something wrong. Can someone help ?
