    It used to be grinding blades when I was bladesmith.

    Tanto, curved point, drop-point, and fuller grooves. The same patterns over and over.


    I would pound blades on the anvil, but to be time efficient to compete with all the laser cut cheap imports being sold I had to grind.

    Now my forge by the lake, is gone my old friend has passed, and I look towards the past longingly and reminisce.

    Pretty sad for a 25 year old.

    Just a lesson, that even the tedious parts can fill your life with meaning if you are mindful.
