There is also a pattern maker called DB Bead. Sorry I do not have the link. Google it and see what you find. If I remember correctly, you can set up the number of beads around like 6, then change the width to this number. There is an animation if you click on the arrows at the top. Then place your pattern on it by clicking on the color bars at the top and then do a count of the beads and spacing. You will have to play with it a bit. Start by trying a pattern that you already know to help you see how it works.

Grace - I found Db-Bead. I thought of something like this but I didn't think anyone would actually make it. It's a very useful program. I love it!

when ever you are looking for a pattern, www.bead-patterns.com is a good place to look too. they have all sorts of free patterns there, usually you can find something close to what you want there. Or visit some of the designer pages since some designers only have free patterns on their site and not on the bead-patterns.com site.
