He won't order until next year unless I order five kilos. I emailed him again last week suggesting the last time he posted them they were gone in less than two weeks and he was selling by the half kilo. I am so worried they will go out of circulation b/c there are not enough folk using them right now, which is why I posted the info on b and b in several places. I tried non-czech 15/0s and threw them away for the same reasons you described, they were poorly made.

Are you trying to round up a group of interested buyers, to do a group order with York? What colors do they consider possible to order from the factories? And are these plain 15/0s, or the cut beads?
Have you chatted with Virginia and Carol at BeadCats? They actually speak a bit of Czech, are interested in tiny beads, and have a direct factory connection themselves, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, we do directly import the charlottes!
and we are still waiting for more to arrive now.

What's all the fuss about 15/0's? I work in an LBS and we carry 220 colors of delicas, 200 colors of 11/0's and close to 100 colors of 15/0's. Perhaps I am spoiled and take it for granted that I can get them with no trouble and if I need a color, my boss will order it for me. I can 't believe it is hard to find these beads in New York, there are several seed bead stores in Manhattan, around 35th and 5th or 6th Avenue that carry mega seed beads. York beads carries mostly fire polish, druks and novelty beads of all types. I think there is a bead store in the city called Toho that carries lots of seed beads, try them.
